Verona - We’ve completed a few home renovation projects for this homeowner. The tired white siding, brown soffit, and fascia were replaced with updated vinyl and vertical LP siding. The front door was painted “Party Dress” by Sherwin Williams.
The galley kitchen was improved when the soffits and flooring were removed and replaced with a black farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, painted shaker-style Amish cabinetry, and granite countertops. The adjacent pantry with bifold doors and deep shelves was not overly operator friendly, the replacement deep pantry, with pull-out shelves, is far more user-friendly. Glass tile backsplash completes this kitchen transformation.
The master bathroom was updated with a new farmhouse sink, Amish-painted vanity cabinet, flooring, and a white granite vanity top. The subway-tiled shower was increased in size by pushing the plumbing wall back, allowing space for a bench. A glass shower door allows the natural light to flow throughout. New LVT flooring, windows, trim, and doors were updated on the entire main level.
