This week we had our groundbreaking ceremony with Gerber Leisure Products, Inc.! We are beyond excited to be building Hollie and her team a new building equipped with everything they need to continue growing.
Their new facility will be located in the Mounds View Business Park.
The building will be a 6,000 sq ft office and warehouse. One unique design feature will be the living wall with a spiral slide coming from the loft above. Hollie also wanted to incorporate the color options from the playground equipment into the paint colors within the building. The facility will feature an open-concept design with exposed ductwork for a more industrial feel.
This space will house their sales and coordination team while allowing their installation crew to have ample space for storage and pre-assembly. The new building site will allow Gerber Leisure to have more collaboration between the office and the field.
We are beyond grateful to help Hollie and Jordan move to the next step in growing their business in the Mt. Horeb area.
