This extraordinary prairie-style home is one for the books! Located just outside Mt. Horeb sits this beautiful 4,300 sq ft home. It features an open floorplan with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a 3-car garage. The dark exterior mixed with the light and airy interior provides a luxurious yet cozy aesthetic.

The exterior features Anderson 400 Windows, LP board and batten siding, natural limestone accents, TimberTech Decking with KeyLink Railing, and Coplay craftsman garage doors. There are 1,300 sq ft of outdoor entertainment spaces. The front porch and back covered deck feature a wood ceiling that was reclaimed from a historic feed mill.

For the interior design, we included 10-foot ceilings throughout the house with tray ceiling accents in the primary spaces. All the custom cabinetry is cherry to match the interior doors and trim. There are two main living spaces with a gas fireplace in each, ample entertainment area, and large windows that highlight the countryside.
The kitchen features a hand-crafted copper hood, a stainless steel farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, and a walk-in pantry.
In the laundry room, the homeowners wanted space to keep laundry baskets so we elevated the washer and dryer to allow for storage underneath.
The primary bedroom features built-in cabinetry with floating shelves, a cherry barndoor, and access to the covered porch.
The primary bathroom is a 12' x 14' space that incorporates a 10ft double vanity, free-standing tub, and a curbless 5' x 7' walk-in shower.
The 3-car heated garage has many conveniences such as a dog wash, basement access, and ample working space.

Another unique amenity of this home is the custom cedar-lined steam sauna. The sauna will comfortably seat 4 people. It features under-bench lighting, a full-light glass door and, western red cedar.
