This custom home began as a vision in late 2021, when the homeowners purchased their property and started dreaming about what could be built there. From the very beginning, one priority was clear: a spacious, functional garage and workspace that would support both passion projects and everyday life.

In 2024, the clients returned ready to bring that vision fully to life, committed to building a forever home designed for comfort, function, and connection to the surrounding countryside.

The exterior reflects a modern Prairie influence, with strong horizontal lines, warm wood accents, and clean contemporary detailing that feels both grounded and timeless. Inside, thoughtful design choices set the tone: warm wood flooring, cherry cabinetry in two complementary stains, large-format tile, and expansive ceiling heights that draw in natural light and frame sweeping rural views.

Designed with both everyday living and entertaining in mind, the home features generous gathering spaces and a spacious back patio, ideal for hosting family and friends. Intentional display areas throughout the home allow the homeowners to showcase treasured family heirlooms, adding personality and meaning to the space.
