New Modern Farmhouse

We recently completed this stunning modern farmhouse, offering breathtaking views of Black Earth and its picturesque landscapes.

This exceptional home perfectly captures the essence of modern farmhouse design with its striking blend of black, white, and natural wood tones. Expansive windows and patio doors invite an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the space. For the exterior, we used LP SmartSide board and batt, complemented by posts wrapped in Duoblend wood grain LP for added texture and charm.

Inside, you'll discover 2,000 square feet of beautifully finished living space, including two bedrooms, an office, and two bathrooms. The open-concept design ensures a seamless flow between rooms, while thoughtfully placed barn doors—such as a double barn door, two bi-fold barn doors, and a dog gate designed to resemble a barn door—add unique character. All millwork and cabinetry were expertly handcrafted by Amish artisans, further enhancing the home’s modern farmhouse aesthetic that the homeowners adore.
