Four-Seasons Addition

We recently completed this stunning four-seasons addition — complete with a dry-space poolside hangout! The homeowners wanted a space where they could fully enjoy the breathtaking golf course views, along with a functional area for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing out of the sun. This addition delivered the perfect blend of both form and function.

The new space features sweeping panoramic views of the golf course while overlooking the pool patio below. Beneath the addition, we incorporated a unique “Dry Space” decking system that prevents water from passing through the upper deck — creating a truly dry, comfortable area to enjoy year-round, rain or shine.

The outdoor kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, allowing guests to gather and connect while the host stays part of the action. The custom Amish-built cabinetry is crafted from durable composite plastic, ensuring it stands up beautifully to any weather conditions.
