This fall, we had the honor of remodeling the historic Perry Town Hall. Preserving and restoring the building’s timeless features presented a rewarding challenge, and our team thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the process!

This project involved a small addition, along with a complete remodel of both the exterior and interior of the existing building. One of the standout features was the exquisite craftsmanship, particularly the distinctive woodworking that defined the era. The wainscoting and custom trim were crafted to match the original design. We also removed the old ceiling, replacing it with a decorative tin design that beautifully opened up the space. Every window and door was replaced, and the original hardwood floors were refinished, bringing a fresh, polished look to the entire room.

We are extremely proud of the results of this project. As always, we couldn’t have achieved this success without the dedication of our incredible employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. We look forward to seeing the community enjoy this beautiful building for many years to come.
